LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- New York City will have no shortage of laughter on Nov. 4-8, when the New York Comedy Festival hits town.
The fall festival announced a number of comedians joining its lineup on Wednesday, including Dane Cooke, Andy Samberg, Artie Lange, Mike Epps, Bill Burr, Patton Oswalt and Mike Birbiglia.

The comedy stars will join Ricky Gervais, Bill Maher, Tracy Morgan and other previously announced comics among the fest's 150-plus acts.
The five-day event will yuk it up in over 10 venues throughout the city. Tickets will be available by venue in the coming days.
