LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kanye West will not face felony charges following an incident at Los Angeles International Airport where he was arrested after a scuffle between himself, his bodyguard and a photographer and cameraman on September 11, a spokesperson for the LA County District Attorney confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Yesterday, the DA's office sent the case to the LA City attorney for "misdemeanor" filing consideration.

Kanye blogged about the arrest shortly afterwards, writing, "We back in the lab!!! I'm cool with the paparazzi. This guy wasn't cool. I gotta work now... I'll rant later!"

Someone remind me again what this doofus is famous for. I know it can't be for anything based on musical talent. Maybe he's just a really swell guy that people want to photograph.

GOD is not a curse word. SOME believe u shouldn't take the lord's name in vain, but it's not exactly a forbidden word to use. those who are exceedingly sensitive 2 the word, why r u even here?? there is MUCH MUCH worse cursing written on most of these blogs.

Unfortunately, money does talk, and the celebrities will often get away with things the average person would not. Think of it as a person with little money being represented by a public defender or a person that is well off with a $200 an hour lawyer by his side, who do you think will get the better deal?

another one gets way with stuff the common man must pay for--- all the money in the world can't change their character.
