LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Craig Robinson won't be trading in his "Office" space for a jail cell.
The actor plead guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, Access Hollywood has confirmed. The charge against him will be dropped following the completion of drug education classes.
"Mr. Robinson really appreciates and takes seriously the opportunity which has been given to him by the court and the prosecution to have all of the charges against him dismissed, upon successful completion of a counseling program," Robinson's attorney, Blair Berk, told Access.

Robinson, who plays warehouse foreman Darryl Philbin in the NBC show, was arrested on June 29 on suspicion of possessing MDMA (ecstasy) and methamphetamine. He was charged with two felony counts of drug possession and one count of being under the influence of illegal drugs.
Access has confirmed that counts two and three (possession of a controlled substance and under influence of a controlled substance) were dropped against him, while count one -- possession of a controlled substance (the ecstasy count) -- will be dropped against him once he completes his drug education classes. He has 36 months to do so and is due in court Sept. 25 for a progress report.
