Eddie Cibrian is only bedding LeAnn Rimes.
In a defamation suit filed Thursday against Life & Style magazine, the soon-to-be divorced actor, 36, denies the magazine's claims that he has been been two-timing girlfriend LeAnn Rimes.

"Since the separation from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has not had a romantic or sexual relationship with any woman other than Ms. Rimes," the lawsuit states.

The suit states that a Nov. 4 article - titled "Eddie's Cheating on LeAnn Already!" - was "rife with demonstrably false accusations" and that the tabloid did nothing to verify its story.

The suit alleges that the article led to "hundreds of articles" alleging infidelity on Cibrian's part.
In August, Cibrian's estranged wife Brandi Glanville, 36 - mother to his sons, Mason, 6, and Jake, 2 - filed for divorce after eight years, citing irreconcilable differences.

She told Us Weekly she was tired of Cibrian's infidelity.
As Us Weekly first reported, he had an affair with now-single Rimes, 27, while shooting Lifetime original movie Northern Lights, which they filmed last fall.
