The pair began dating after meeting at a birthday party in Hollywood in 2005.
Kattan, 37, popped the question at Tutt's grandmother's home in Gainesville, Texas on Christmas Eve 2006.
"He gift wrapped the ring in a present. ... I was very emotional, and I started crying," Tutt told her hometown Texas newspaper the Brownsville-Herald. "I think I said 'yes' immediately, but I was kind of in shock."
How does Kattan feel about his Tutt?
"She is so kind, sweet and very beautiful. She's also very funny which always is a great thing. She's also very much like me," he wrote wrote on his Web site in August 2005.
"She makes me very happy. It feels real and honest and I have more of a continuous smile than I have ever had before."

Kattan recently wrapped filming the comedy Hollywood and Wine, costarring David Spade and Pamela Anderson.
