Troubled singer Chris Brown is among the performers confirmed to take part in a Michael Jackson tribute concert in Vienna, organizers said Tuesday.
In addition to Jackson's original band and dancers, Mary J. Blige and Natalie Cole also will perform at the Sept. 26 show outside a 17th-century palace in the Austrian capital, Jackson's brother Jermaine told reporters at a news conference.

Event promoter Georg Kindel said that up to 25 performers are expected to participate in the concert, which will feature some of Jackson's greatest hits and serve as the main global tribute for the King of Pop, who died June 25 in Los Angeles.

But all eyes will likely be on Brown, 20, who performed a tribute to Thriller at the 2006 World Music Awards in London and who was recently sentenced five years' probation and six months of community labor for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

After his Aug. 25 sentencing, Brown hit L.A. hotspot Guys & Dolls, where he danced along to Jackson's "Dirty Diana."
