Chris Brown Could Press Charges Against Assailants

Throwing a bottle at a person’s face in a club is no joke. And if Chris Brown decides to press charges, his assailants could wind up behind bars.

“Chris could go to the police and make a complaint and try to get other guys arrested,” celebrity divorce lawyer Raoul Felder told HollywoodLife.com.

And since a bottle is considered to be a “deadly weapon” Chris could file criminal charges against the attackers or a civil lawsuit, according to Raoul.

“This is serious,” Raoul told us. “Whoever threw this bottle could face consequences.”

HollywoodLife.com has learned from a source close to the situation that Drake didn’t throw the bottle at Chris. He was on his way out of the club when the fight broke out. The fight also reportedly had nothing to do with Chris’ ex-girlfriend, Rihanna – was never a message in a bottle.

Hopefully Chris and his assailants can work this out without getting the authorities involved.
