It looks like Chord Overstreet and Emma Roberts have called it quits.
Apparently, trouble had been brewing for awhile. US sources claim that Emma had ditched Chord multiple times, most recently on January 15 at a Golden Globes after-party. He was stuck waiting outside for her to let him in, but she never came.
The insiders also claim that Emma repeatedly belittled Chord, ditched him, and treated him like he was dumb. Apparently she also blew him off on New Year's Eve to be with her girlfriends.
Poor Chord! We hope he finds a special girl who will treat him with the respect he deserves. Who should he consider dating next?
Although Chord works on a cast full of gorgeous women, most of them probably wouldn't be realistic dating options. He's already been down that road with Naya Rivera. As for Amber Riley, a recent interview suggested that their chemistry was more like brother/sister rather than romantic.
That leaves Dianna. Their characters had some sweet moments, that is until she cheated on him with Finn (Cory Monteith)! But we're sure Dianna is a much nicer person than her TV alter-ego.
Chord is a native of Tennessee. And thanks to his father, he does have some country music roots. This sweet singing country girl may be right up his alley. Let's just hope they don't have a nasty breakup. She has a history of writing nasty songs about her ex-boyfriends!
Visually, they'd be a gorgeous match. He's singer/actor, and she's a dancer. Together they'd be unstoppable! Why not pair these two together on "Dancing With the Stars" to see if their chemistry would extend outside the dance floor?
She and Leonardo DiCaprio didn't work out, but maybe she just needs someone a little more age-appropriate.
After tumultuous relationships with dark-haired suitors such as Joe Jonas and Wilmer Valderrama, maybe she could consider crossing over to the light (or blond) side. I never would have put Demi and Chord together until seeing them at the 2011 MTV VMAs, but she could use a sweet Southern gentleman in her life.
Who should Chord date next?
