LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- It's a girl for Chad Lowe and girlfriend Kim Painter.
According to People, the actor and his producer girlfriend welcomed Mabel Painter Lowe to the family on Saturday in LA.

"Everybody is healthy and happy," a rep for the actor said.
In January, Chad told Access Hollywood that Kim broke the good news of her pregnancy with just a grin and a look in her eye.

"She woke up with a very big smile on her face and I knew exactly what that meant," he told Access.
Chad and Kim have been dating since January 2007. Mabel is the couple's first child.
Chad was previously married to two-time Oscar-winner Hilary Swank. They split in 2006 after eight years of marriage.
