Chace Crawford Turns 23!

"I was at my buddy's house," the Texas native told Usmagazine.com at the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge on Saturday. "I had all my friends up from Texas and California. I flew them all in and then had a big barbecue!"

His perfect gift?
"I'm asking for this Mercedes over here, but they [event organizers] won't give it to me," he joked. "I couldn't talk them into it; they were having none of it.
"That's what I want ... other than world peace."
Crawford was joined by co-stars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley (but not bromance buddy Ed Westwick) at the Casa El San Juan Hotel later that night as the celebrations continued.

"When it came time for Chace to blow out his cake, his friend joked, 'Do something funny,' so he stuck his first in the cake and ate a large chunk of it," a partygoer told Us.
Lovebirds Badgley and Lively who noshed on hot dogs "held hands while walking, and even held hands while eating!" the witness added.
