If they truly save the best for last, than this will be the final Rolling in the Deep cover to ever be recorded because Celine Dion absolutely slayed -- slayed!!!!! -- Adele's omnipresent new classic Saturday night in Las Vegas.

The song served as a fitting return since this was Celine's first concert since falling victim to a virus that inflamed her vocal cords and forced her to cancel a string of concerts. This echoes the vocal chord surgery Adele herself underwent late last year to repair a hemorrhaged vocal chord.
