Although this year's relationship news started with royal wedding hoopla, it was the breakups that really made us pay attention. Some Hollywood marriages may last 25 years and others make it work for just 72 days. Either way, these stars who loved and lost kept us riveted with the demise of their supposedly happy homes.
When our favorite stars hook up we follow every move of their love lives. We know when they get engaged, when they get married and what they wore. It can feel like a close friend is breaking up when celebrity marriages don't work out. We can, however, take heart in knowing that no one rebounds quicker than our friends in Hollywood. When the whole thing went bust in under three months fans turned on Kim, accusing the reality starlet of not being genuine. Now KK seeks to revamp her dash-ing image by visiting Haiti and doing charity work. True or false?

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher
Demi and Ashton were the other big breakup up heard 'round the globe. Although the "Two and a Half Men" star plays a jet-setting playboy in his camera commercials, we all wanted to believe in his undying May-December love for Demi. The couple wed in 2005. Demi was busted cheating and Ashton filed for divorce. True or false?

Well, Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris didn't even make it down the aisle. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz finalized their divorce. Oh - and TV personalities Jesse James and Kat Von D were on again, off again and then kaput.
