Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's political rallies could be easily mistaken for a red carpet event or an Academy Awards after-party, given the A-list names turning out to support their candidate of choice.

Sen. Obama, who already had Hollywood heavyweights George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey and Matt Damon backing him, has landed support from Halle Berry, Ben Affleck, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Stevie Wonder, Sharon Stone, Mariah Carey, John Legend, Usher, Russell Simmons, and Chris Rock - to name a few. Additionally, Will.i.am's "Yes We Can" pro-Obama music videos have generated over five million hits on YouTube.
But Obama isn't the only White House hopeful garnering celebrity support. Sen. Clinton has the likes of Jack Nicholson, Eva Longoria-Parker, Katharine McPhee, America Ferrera, Rob Reiner, husband and wife Mary Steenbergen & Ted Danson, Amber Tamblyn, Melanie Griffith and Christine Lahti in her political corner.

Though Hollywood tends to lean Democrat, on the Republican side of the celebrity aisle, Sylvester Stallone announced his support for Republican front-runner Sen. John McCain, along with actors Rip Torn and Dick Van Patten, Backstage.com reports. Additionally, Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee has backing from Chuck Norris and Stephen Baldwin.
