Patridge will play a no-nonsense beach beauty who has her boyfriend wrapped around her finger.
In landing the role, Patridge becomes the first star of "The Hills" to land a feature film acting role. Fellow "Hills" gal Lauren Conrad had a cameo in the 2007 laugher "Epic Movie," but she played herself.
