LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 17, 2007) -- A "License To Wed" star reveals his "Ace" in the hole. Brittany Murphy and Jason Lee head to "The Other Side." And Seth Green goes to the "Dogs." It's all in today's Access Hollywood Casting Call

Brittany Murphy, Jason Lee, Giovanni Ribisi and Tim Roth have joined the cast of "The Other Side," reports Variety.

The fantasy comedy follows a young grad student (Murphy) who must spend the summer working at a scientific institute on a remote northern island, where she discovers an eccentric community of characters hiding a tragic secret from years ago.

Jim Broadbent, who will also appear in the new "Indiana Jones" film, and Lili Taylor have also been announced in the cast.

...

Josh Flitter, who plays Robin William's diminutive and disruptive sidekick in "License To Wed," will star in "Ace Ventura 3," reports Variety.

The film will follow the son of Ace Ventura (Flitter) who is following in dad's footsteps by becoming a junior high pet detective who is on the case after his mom is wrongly arrested when a baby panda goes missing.

Flitter also currently appears in the film "Nancy Drew," alongside Emma Roberts.

Shooting is slated to being September 17 in Orlando, Florida.

Jared Leto and Sarah Polley are searching for somebody, and apparently "Nobody" will do just fine.

Leto and Polley will star in the romantic drama "Mr. Nobody," per The Hollywood Reporter.

Set in the not-so-distant future, the film follows Nemo Nobody (Leto) who at 120 years old, is the last mortal surrounded by happy immortals as he relives his real and imaginary years of marriage.

"Nobody" is described as a complex love story inspired by the "butterfly effect," the notion that suggests a butterfly flapping its wings can cause a storm on the other side of the globe.

Production is scheduled to start next week, with shooting in Brussels, Montreal and Berlin.

Leto's film credits include "Chapter 27" and "Lord of War." The actor has been on the road with his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, in support of their platinum-selling CD, "A Beautiful Lie."

Polley's credits include "The Secret Life of Words," "Dawn of the Dead" and "Go."

Seth Green is hoping to learn some new tricks as hejoins the cast of "Old Dogs," per The Hollywood Reporter.

Starring John Travolta and Robin Williams, "Dogs" is a laugher revolving around two best friends and business partners whose lives are turned upside down when they find themselves caring for 7-year-old twins.

Green, whose film credits include the "Austin Powers" franchise, "Without A Paddle" and "The Italian Job," will play an executive with the global marketing firm run by Travolta and Williams' characters as they are closing a big deal with a Japanese conglomerate.

"Dogs" also stars Matt Dillon and Travolta's real-life wife Kelly Preston.

I can't wait to see Jared's new movie, he's so amazing. He's artistic in both music and acting. It's as if he has the ability to take two ordinary things and turn it into something new and remarkable. With his music he tries to make the song seem as one thing when it means another. One of my favorite movies he made is Urban Legend. I hope he makes more scary movies.
