Carrie Underwood usually keeps mum about her hockey player beau of one year, Mike Fisher.

But in in the liner notes of her new CD, Play On, she can't help but sing his praises.

"Thank you #12," she writes, referring to the Ottawa Senator player's jersey number. "You are the most amazing addition to my life! You are such a wonderful person and have had such an amazing hand in the building of this album and in the growth of me as a person. I love you so much! You make my life better in every way! I thank God for you every day."

In a recent video interview with NHL Online, Fisher also gushed about her.

    She's too young to know better I guess. That's a HUGE No No! Look where it got Jessica Simpson who was always blabbing to the media about her feelings for Tony Romo. These are manly men with teammates who probably give them so much grief for it. Carrie - keep your mouth shut and your feelings to yourself.
