LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Legal negotiations between Carrie Prejean and Miss California USA Pageant officials took an unexpected and quick turn after an alleged sex tape featuring the dethroned beauty queen surfaced, Access Hollywood has learned.

In news first reported by TMZ, Prejean, who had been asking for $1 million in damages as a result of being stripped of her crown, was reportedly shown an alleged sex tape featuring herself by an attorney for the pageant on Tuesday, a source told Access.

According to the source, Prejean is allegedly seen, "doing very graphic things to her body."

The source said Prejean claimed she was 17 when the video was shot.

It is not known if others are featured in the video with Prejean. TMZ described it as a "solo" performance.

But the surfacing of the alleged sex tape might not be the end to this saga.

On Wednesday, Prejean's attorney, Charles Limandri, told RadarOnline.com that the use of the tape during negotiations could be a possible breach on contract on the part of pageant officials.

"In my 26 years of practice I have never dealt with a situation like this," Limandri told RadarOnline.com. "It seems as if someone has acted in an unethical and unlawful manner by even raising this issue. We are weighing our options and if this is a breach of contract we are considering suing for punitive damages."

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for Prejean said the former beauty queen had "no comment."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Prejean was fired in June after pageant officials accused her of missing events, an allegation that she denied. The pageant countersued Prejean last month.

The next Miss California USA will be crowned November 22.

Oh thats right. Someone makes mistakes in her past so everyone attacks her because she is a Christian? WTF? Christians have pasts, they came to Jesus - no one is perfect Christian or not. She is not perfect and she gets attacked becasue she has a different stance on gay marriage? SO now everyone can tear her apart because I guess free speech is a thing of the past.

Christians are a odd and vicious gang with a cross for a sign. Benjamin Franklin said it best: "Of all the systems of religion that ever were invented, there is no more derogatory to the Almighty, more unedifiying to man, more repugnant to reason, and more contradictory to itself than this thing called Christianity."

The Christian faithful likened her persecution by enlightened society as to what Jesus went through and held her up as a pure example of morality. Christians cheered, cried and asked for autographs. To them she had chosen her moral compass over material posessions and worldy fame, Her greed and vanity, including sexually enhancing surgery, did not matter.

I agree with many of the comments concerning her hypocricy. After answering that question as she did she became a Christian Rock Star. Christians rallied around her as if she were a pillar of morality. When she chose appearing to Christain crowds over her Pageant duties and was fired this only stoked the fire of her purity and resolve to the Christian faithful.

Next time that Pig Perez Hilton can ask that question on Gays to all the skanks at the Miss America Pageant and see what comes out of the closet, should be fun to see. This whole Politically Correct garbage is crap.. as it stifles freedom of speech.

Torpedo 1: Politically loaded question. T2: Perv photog keeps snapping during wardrobe malfunction. T3: Pageant officials intentionally don't tell her where to show up so they can fire her. You intolerant PC nazi's make me sick! A sex tape at 17 is a cliche now. You PC anal retents want tolerance but are incapable of it. Your comments prove it.

she is absolute trash, i hope she ends up broke and ashamed of herself, although it's difficult when one has no morals or conscience whatsoever.
