Britney's Court-Appointed Monitor Expected To Submit Report

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 26, 2007) -- Sean Preston and Jayden James' holiday plans appear to be in place, as attorneys for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were back in court on Monday to continue the couple's custody battle.

While neither Kevin nor Britney were present, attorneys for both sides met behind closed doors earlier today to come to a conclusion on custody of the couple's two children during the upcoming holiday season.

No specific details have been released, however, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told reporters the agreement included some changes to the existing custody schedule.

Currently, Britney is allowed only one overnight stay with the children per week.

"This is a case about two young parents and when they can see their kids over the holidays," Parachini said after the hearing.

Among the other issues expected to be discussed today include verification that both parents have completed the court-ordered parenting course and the results of Britney's drug tests.

However, the most significant development may come when Britney's court-appointed monitor was scheduled to submit her official evaluation on Britney's performance as a parent.

While the monitor has already provided both attorneys a copy of her report, this will be the first time it is presented to the court commissioner.

The actual hearing to go over the monitor's evaluation is scheduled for December 18, when the commissioner will likely rule based on her report.

Unfortunately for Britney, this is not the only court matter related to her on Monday. While the custody battle goes on inside a downtown LA courthouse, there was a separate hearing in Van Nuys on Monday morning regarding Brit's driving without a license, stemming from her August hit and run case, which has since been settled.

That hearing was continued until January 2.

Give what Britney has to someone less fortunate and they'll put it to much better use...Sometimes I feel like finding her and beating some good sense into her!!!!!!!!!

Rich or poor, once a woman has children she is responsible for them until they are 21 or out of college. Hands down, if you are not ready to have a baby then either don't have sex or use birth control. She has two beautiful children and hopefully she get her act together soon. And she should not have more kids until her life is stable. Money can buy nannies but not love.

Look feefee brit does not deserve those kids i'm not saying kfed does either but he hasn't been caught doing anything stupid with them like going through a red light and almost injuring them. I know we all make mistakes but enough is enough if brit isn't responsible enough then take them off of her, she doesn't even act like she loves those kids.
