Britney Spears has been busy lately with her judging gig on "The X Factor" and now she's playing dress up for her latest perfume ad. She's working with Elizabeth Arden to create Fantasy Twist, which is expected to hit store shelves in September. In a Cleopatra-inspired photo taken at the shoot, she's wearing a sequined headdress, a gold and sheer dress and a pile of gold bangles. The picture, which was posted on her Facebook page, has over 137,000 likes. A second photo taken at the shoot shows the starlet appearing as though she stepped out of the 1930s. She's donning a gold flapper dress with a matching gold headpiece, a short blonde 'do and dark eye and lip makeup. She currently has several perfumes on the market including Circus Fantasy, Hidden Fantasy and Radiance and has come out with a new one just about every year since 2004. Although the pop diva has been in the perfume game for quite some time, there are several other famous faces who are in the race as well.
It's no surprise that the reality star has her own fragrance considering she and the rest of the Kardashian clan are absolutely everywhere. Actually, she has three perfumes on the market including Gold, Kim Kardashian and her latest, True Reflection, that launched in early 2012. She put out two ads for her newest perfume campaign, one in which she's channeling Elizabeth Taylor with bold red lips, voluminous wavy hair and an old-Hollywood glamor look. In another ad, she's staring at herself in a mirror with the perfume bottle sitting in front of her on a dresser and yes, we're also guessing she reenacts the ad on a daily basis.
It was only a matter of time before the savvy songstress jumped into the perfume business. In September 2011, she debuted her first perfume, Wonderstruck, and with it came an ad in which she appears to have walked out of a fairytale while wearing her pink Christian Siriano gown. About her new scent, she said "I share personal life experiences through my music, and my fragrance will allow me to share these experiences with my fans in a completely different and new way. Falling in love is a moment every girl daydreams about and Wonderstruck represents that magical feeling of promise and hope and intrigue." The purple bottle has a rainbow finish, gold writing and cap and three attached charms - a birdcage, Moravian star and a dove. The ad as well as the packaging completely reflects her sweet personality.
In April 2012, the 20-year-old beauty shed a bit more of her Disney image when she debuted the new ad for her first perfume, Selena Gomez, in which she's soaking wet from head-to-toe while wearing a strapless purple gown and standing in waist-high water. Some deemed it racy, but we've seen much less clothing and more seductive looks on celebs just going out to dinner. She looks beautiful in the eye-catching ad and the colors she chose were fabulous.
