The group -- including Spears' tour crush Chase Benz (sitting to her left) -- snacked on salad, chicken, veggies and fruit on the rooftop of the Hotel Valencia in San Jose, Calif. They had a "lovely time," according her Web site.

A source tells Us Weekly that Spears has been flirting with Benz "a lot. Everyone on tour has noticed."
Look back on Britney's loves over the years.
Her father, Jamie, who remains coconservator of her estate, "isn't happy about it, because the fact that he's a backup dancer makes it feel like Kevin Federline all over again."
But Benz's mom, Diane, tells Us: "Chase is not dating Britney. He has a girlfriend. He is a good Christian."

BreezeBy the way, NOT all singers lip sync! In fact, most don't. One good example is Fleetwod Mac, who is touring now. All are musicians as well, even though Stevie is a non-playing musician on stage. But you'll never see them lip sync live. If you have enough talent, it's not necessary. BreezeShe's been through a lot and still battles mental illness; I think she is giving a good effort on this tour. Britney has never had the pipes of someone like Christina or Mariah. She is more of an entertainer than a singer in my opinion.
