Court papers show Britney Spears has spent at least $2.7 million in legal fees over the past 11 months.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the singer's estate has probably paid much more since she's been under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie.

The documents -- filed Monday -- also show Spears paid $460,000 in legal fees for her divorce and custody proceedings with Kevin Federline , $113,000 fighting a Florida civil suit against her former manager and $26,000 in her driving-without-a-license trial.

She also paid for services indirectly associated with her many court appearances, such as $4,600 to hire a private messenger service to confidentially deliver legal documents, and $25 to reserve a private courthouse to try to keep her legal proceedings private.

The Times reports that half a dozen attorneys showed up to represent her at a recent court appearance, causing an opposing lawyer to wonder aloud, "Which one of you am I supposed to talk to?"
