Britney Spears & Mel Gibson Head To Costa Rica

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are headed to Costa Rica together, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The new celebrity pals departed from Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, Calif., on Thursday morning.

Back in March, the two were spotted having dinner together at the Russian restaurant, Romanov, in Studio City.

According to a report in People, a source said the two are "just going away for a few days to relax."

It is believed they will be staying at Gibson's home in Costa Rica.

Britney and Mel used to be neighbors in Malibu.

Mel happens to be very much in love with his wife! Britney's dad has been escort to his daughter, for several months, now. He has made great strides and progress in his daughter's emotional crisis, (and in the Spear's family ) period. I wish people would write about the good that has come about Brit and her Dad. Thank god Angelina Jolie wasn't #1 she hasn't be hot since A she has been with Brad Pitt and B since she grew her hair out and become mommy do gooder. What is it about Brad Pitt he makes women seem unattractive. I guess he has to be the only pretty one...which really he is not attractive.
