LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears' dad,
Jamie Spears, has reached an agreement with the pop star's former
manager, Sam Lutfi, regarding the restraining order Spears'
conservatorship placed on Lutfi, Access Hollywood has
learned.
Following a morning court hearing, where it was decided that
Britney's conservatorship would continue through the end of 2008,
Jamie Spears and Lutfi came to a private agreement about being able
to see Britney.
"Mr. Spears and Mr. Lutfi have reached a private agreement and
no hearing or order is necessary at this time," Jamie Spears'
attorney, Jeffery D. Wexler, said in a statement. "Accordingly, Mr.
Spears would like to take the TRO hearing off calendar."

No details of the agreement were released.
