Bristol Palin Being Sued by Bar Heckler!
A man who verbally attacked Bristol at a bar last year is now suing the reality show star for defamation!
TMZ reports that Stephen Hanks shouted at Bristol Palin, accusing her mother, Sarah Palin, of being a “whore” when he saw her at Saddle Ranch on the Sunset Strip in September. All the while, cameras were rolling for Bristol’s reality show, Bristol Palin: Life is a Tripp, and now the heckler is suing for defamation.
Stephen claims that he never signed a waiver allowing the show to use the footage of him, which was featured in ads for her Lifetime show. In his lawsuit, Stephen also insists that he was not the reason Bristol left Los Angeles and returned to Alaska, as she claimed in a magazine interview. Stephen affirms that Bristol purchased a house in Alaska two months before the incident and the proof will show up in court.
The suit also says that Bristol accused Stephen of being gay, based on his looks. He says that the aftermath of the incident damaged his career and reputation and he is suing Bristol and A&E, the company behind Lifetime, for unspecified damages.
