Brad Pitt's Housekeeper 'Arrests' Assertive Paparazzo

A housekeeper for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie performed a citizen's arrest on an overly-assertive paparazzo earlier today.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Access Hollywood that 25-year-old Eric Mitchell, who calls himself a freelance reporter, was arrested around noon at Pitt's Hollywood home.

The housekeeper, who was not named, performed a "private person's arrest" on the man after he was spotted trespassing on the Pitt property.

Pitt's home is located in a gated community.

It is not known how the paparazzo managed to gain entry to the community.

Mitchell is currently being processed and after bail is set, he will be released. He will be arraigned at a future date.
