To that end, Rev. Jesse Jackson spoke with CNN following the funeral and said that Cissy Houston and Bobbi Kristina both held up great during the service. They broke down once or twice, but were able to embrace the celebration of life theme that ran throughout the three-hour-plus ceremony.

Rev. Jackson also added that Bobbi Kristina was not in the church yet when her father, Bobby Brown, chose to leave and therefore didn't see any of the seating squabble.
