  The age of consent is 18. Miley's 15 & will be 16 on 11/23. Star or not, she's over 2 yrs. under that"magic" number. She started dating him around late summer. Her folks are aware of this per media interviews. They seem to encourage this still. Is all of this a ruse? Who knows?

  Her parents (especially her father) needs to go to jail for child endangerment. That is statutory rape if sex is going on... I think we can safely assume especially now in these days.
