Former "The Apprentice" star Bill Rancic is now a dad! The businessman and wife Giuliana Rancic welcomed a son via a surrogate this week.
"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana told E! News. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"
The couple has struggled with fertility issues since they got married, so it's safe to say they're excited about becoming parents. Bill is especially happy about having a baby boy.
"We just can't wait for this little guy to arrive," he told SheKnows.com in early August. "It's been a long road, and we are going to soak up every minute."
Bill isn't the only new celebrity dad this year. How are the other stars with new little ones coping with the change?
"Thor" hottie Chris Hemsworth might be battling bad guys onscreen, but at home his life is all pink. The Aussie actor welcomed daughter India Rose earlier this year with wife Elsa.
"She sleeps very well. Not out of any skill on my behalf, but my wife has been amazing," he said after her birth, adding that his favorite part of being a dad is "just her being here- It's certainly taken all my focus and attention away from work -- or what have you -- but that's the main thing on my brain right now. It's wonderful."

Dad Jay-Z and wife Beyonce welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter in early January. It's easy to see that the rapper is smitten with his new little girl: He wrote a song about her, after all.
She's wrapped around his finger, too.
"I imagine I'll take things I learned from my mom and things I've learned from raising my nephews and apply that," he joked to Oprah earlier this year. "Then at the end of the day, I just know I'll probably have the worst, spoiled little kid ever."
Reality star Jack Osbourne was blindsided by his girlfriend's pregnancy, but it sounds like he's taken to fatherhood quite nicely. The son of Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne welcomed a daughter, Pearl Clementine, in April.
"People say when you have a kid it's like instant love, but unless you've experienced it, it's impossible to comprehend," the 26-year-old gushed to Hello! magazine after her birth. "The moment I saw her I felt more love than I'd ever felt for anything. It was the weirdest, most overwhelming thing."
