Megan Hope Sanov -- who weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz. -- was born 12 minutes to midnight on Monday, her rep, Carrie Simons, confirms to Usmagazine.com.
"Both mommy and baby and daddy, too are doing well," her rep says. "The baby is precious."

Sweeney, 31, announced she was expecting last June. Two months later, she told Us her pregnancy was "going very smoothly -- knock on wood.
"I feel great," she said. "The first trimester was definitely difficult. I don't know if it was because it was my second child, or if it's because I'm having a girl. I definitely was struggling with morning sickness, and it still comes and goes."

Sweeney -- who also has a 3-year-old son, Ben -- said she was thrilled to have a girl.
"I really did have a preference because I do have a son," she said. "I was nervous about having a son the first time because, obviously, I didn't have that experience, and I absolutely love the fact that I had a boy. He is so cute and so fun."
The Biggest Loser airs Tuesday night on NBC.
