The Toronto International Film Festival, which runs until September 16, has provided quite a bit of fashion eye candy since it started on September 6. Several celebs have really stepped up their game in the first few days and have worn some drool-worthy frocks on the red carpet. Even one leading lady, who is far from being known for her high style, made our jaws drop. Out of all the stars who have walked attended the Toronto International Film Festival from September 6 - 9, who shined the brightest on the red carpet?
The "Twilight" star is known for a lot of things, but her fashion style isn't one of them. However, at the Toronto International Film Festival, she made our jaws drop in a black long-sleeve Zuhair Murad dress that was detailed with multi-colored floral embroidery. Her hair, which normally looks greasy and unkempt, looked chic and sleek in a straight ponytail. She finished off the look with black Jimmy Choo pumps. Not only does she get our award for one of the best dressed on the red carpet, but she also gets one for being the biggest surprise at the event so far.
We absolutely adore her and her style. She rarely disappoints on the red carpet and has such a simple elegance about her that's difficult to ignore. At the Toronto International Film Festival, she attended the premiere of "Rust & Bone" wearing a strapless gray Christian Dior tea-length dress that had a very small peplum. Blue heels added a fabulous punch of color to the ensemble.
Despite her long string of red carpet events lately, she's only had very few fashion misses and is turning out to be quite the fashionista. While walking the red carpet at the "Hotel Transylvania" premiere on September 9, the former Disney star wore a black Alberta Ferretti halter gown that had floral detailing at the top and feathered accents on the skirt. She wore her hair in soft waves and completed her look with black strappy heels.
The star of "The Vampire Diaries" always impresses us with her fantastic style wherever she goes and at the premiere of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," she wore a stunning strapless black-and-white Monique Lhuillier gown that had sequin embellishments throughout and a black ribbon tied around her waist. The beauty opted for a simple yet gorgeous chignon and black Brian Atwood peep-toe heels to complete her look.
The French beauty walked the red carpet at the premire of "L' Homme qui Rit" wearing a lovely pink Chanel gown that had floral appliques from top-to-bottom. Her bold red lips, old-Hollywood style hair do and glistening jeweled earrings and bracelet made the look even better. From the hair to the heels, it was sheer perfection.
Who gets your vote for the best dressed at the Toronto International Film Festival from September 6 - 9?
