LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Beau Bridges has been cast as Will Arnett's father in Greg Garcia's "unauthorized" comedy pilot for CBS.

The possible multi-camera series from the creator of "My Name Is Earl" and "Raising Hope" follows Arnett as a recently divorced guy whose life gets more complicated when his parents have marriage problems of their own.

Bridges will next be seen in Showtime's "Masters of Sex," while Arnett is still starring in NBC's "Up All Night," which may be canceled due to the departure of co-star Christina Applegate.

Arnett also reprises his role as George Oscar "G.O.B." Bluth II in Netflix's revival of "Arrested Development." The fourth season of the former Fox comedy will debut in its entirety this May.
