LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Sienna Miller has been under siege by the paparazzi since she started dating married (but separated) actor Balthazar Getty. In a new interview with Access Hollywood on the set of "Brothers and Sisters," Balthazar wouldn't talk about Sienna directly, but he did address the paparazzi madness that has become his life.
"I think somebody in government needs to set up some sort of boundaries because it's really dangerous," he told Access Hollywood of the overeager photographers. "Someone's going to get hurt."
Balthazar has become a prime target of the paparazzi in recent months since the married, but now separated, father of four began romancing Sienna. Just last week, Balthazar's lady was hounded viciously by the LA paparazzi.

Things began to heat up earlier this summer after pictures of the pair sunbathing in Italy - with Sienna topless -- surfaced. The photos were later pulled off the Internet after the actress filed a lawsuit against Big Pictures and News International for invading her privacy.
"Look, obviously it comes with the territory. You can't expect to be an actor and then nod your finger at them. But there's a line. When they're endangering people and they're breaking laws and they're, you know, exploiting kids and personal stories...," he said, trailing off.
On the day Access Hollywood visited the "Brothers and Sisters" set, Balthazar and his TV mom, Sally Field, were shooting a dramatic hospital scene opposite co-star Matthew Rhys, who also dated Sienna. In fact, Balthazar met Sienna through Matthew.

Despite the seemingly overlapping love life, a good source tells Access both of the men keep things professional on set.
Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly reported that on the heels of Balthazar's personal times, "Brothers and Sisters" producers have shortened his workload, a claim they deny. And then there are rumors he could exit the series soon.
"I'm here man, absolutely," Balthazar said. "I've been out here from the beginning of the show. I plan to finish this show and until they ask me to leave. I'm here and I'm committed. They've been doing some great writing for me this season. It's been fine."
