LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Balthazar Getty is sticking with his ABC show, "Brothers & Sisters," Access Hollywood has learned, contrary to online reports otherwise.

Rumors that he is leaving the show are not true, a rep for the star told Access.

E! Online reported last week that there was the possibility that Balthazar would part ways with the show, citing potential issues with the cast and crew of the show as well as his turbulent personal life.

Balthazar left his wife, Rosetta, in July and was photographed kissing a topless Sienna Miller -- setting off a paparazzi storm as the couple continued dating.

"I'm here man, absolutely," Balthazar told Access back in September. "I've been out here from the beginning of the show. I plan to finish this show and until they ask me to leave. I'm here and I'm committed. They've been doing some great writing for me this season. It's been fine."

i don't understand his situtation, but he is the the main reason i watch the show . So as long as he does his job, you need him . Let's also remember the Robe Lowe incident with his nanny.

He would be an idiot to leave this show. It's the biggest thing that he's done since "Lord of the Flies" 20 some years ago.
