Avril Lavigne: Ready For Tour… And Baby?

Avril Lavigne can confirm she has a new tour, but when it comes to a new baby - not so much.

"I don't know. You'll have to ask my reps," she laughed in response to Access Hollywood's baby question. "Maybe!"

Well, that's not exactly a pregnancy denial from the pop-rocker. The Internet has been abuzz with rumors she is expecting her first child with husband and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley.

And it's all at the same time as she is set to embark on her new "Best Damn Tour," which kicks off on Wednesday.

Access Hollywood joined Avril at rehearsals where she was donning a Sum 41 baggy sweatshirt that certainly wasn't revealing any baby bump answers.

And as Access found out - whether or not she's about to enter parenthood - this is a whole new Avril.

"I'm more mellow now," she smiled. "When I first went out, I was crazy - [out] having fun, hanging out with band. Now, I take care of myself."

Mellow maybe, but as her beaming smile showed, she is clearly amped to get on the road.

"I have dancers and I'm playing drums, piano and guitar," Avril revealed. "This tour has so much going on."

    avril lavigne is da best. she will always be. i liked her better as a skater girl, but people change. no big deal. but she is definitely not pregnant. she won't be for a while probably. i respect and believe her loyally. :)
