AnnaLynne McCord to Be Considered for Role in Twilight Sequel

Sources told E! News Thursday that McCord auditioned for the role of Heidi -- a "fisher" who uses her beauty to attract humans and then brings them to the vampires to eat.
The character of Heidi only has a brief appearance in the book, so the part will likely only be a cameo, E! News reports.

Still, if McCord is cast, she will be on the same set as her 90210 costar Kellan Lutz . Lutz played Emmett in Twilight and will reprise the role in New Moon.

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens was also reported to audition for the sequel -- for the role of werewolf Leah Clearwater. Dakota Fanning is also in talks to play Jane.
New Moon is set to start filming in March with a Nov. 20 release date.
