Angelina Jolie has been married twice: first, to her "Hackers" co-star Jonny Lee Miller, and a second marriage to actor Billy Bob Thornton. For her past weddings, she went casual in jeans and T-shirts or tank tops and rubber pants. Wedding watchers wonder if Jolie will pull out all the stops for her wedding with longtime boyfriend Brad Pitt and wear something black, red or completely unique.
Designer Vera Wang has created a line of red wedding dresses for her 2013 wedding dress line. Will Jolie be the first celebrity to wear one of these unique, beautiful ruby red gowns? We'll have to wait and see!
What other celebrities pulled off a nontraditional wedding look for their nuptials?
When Gwen Stefani wed singer Gavin Rossdale, the always chic singer opted for a custom made John Galliano for Dior gown that was white and light pink flowing into darker pink around the bottom in a pretty, ombre style. Pink accents and jewelry completed her look, which Stefani called "my fantasy dress."
Sarah Jessica Parker married fellow actor Matthew Broderick in 1997 wearing a chic black gown. The actress has since said she regrets this choice and wishes she had worn a "proper dress." The dress had spaghetti straps and ruffles, along with a full skirt. She thought if she wore black, it would lessen attention on her wedding, but the unusual black dress actually received more than its fair share!
"Baywatch" babe Pamela Anderson has pulled off some daring outfits in her time, but for her "rock and roll" wedding to singer Kid Rock, the blonde actress wore a white string bikini that left little to the imagination. She finished off the look with a crystal tiara and veil. The wedding was held on a yacht in Saint-Tropez, which explains the more relaxed attire.
