LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Angelina Jolie has revealed that her relationship with partner Brad Pitt has had such a deep effect on her life, that his behavior influenced her to get pregnant, despite her intense support of adoption.
"I think one of the life changing things that he did, one of many, is that I was absolutely never going to get pregnant. I never felt that it was the right thing to do," Angelina told W magazine for a new cover story, with photos shot by Brad. "Now I wouldn't trade that experience for the world. It taught me a lot about life, just the process of it, and now we have three other beautiful children that wouldn't otherwise be here."

Angelina already had one child when she met Brad - Maddox, whom she adopted from Cambodia in 2002. And as her relationship with Brad began to evolve, she adopted her second child, Zahara, from Ethiopia in 2005.
Not long after bringing Zahara home, Pitt officially adopted both children, who received the Pitt-Jolie surname. And it was his love of the little boy and girl that swayed Angelina into getting pregnant.

"He stopped talking about having other kids in the other way," Angelina said. "So I suppose in my heart I realized he was happy with them as his children, completely. I knew he would never see them as different, and that gave me a certain peace. Then I suppose I just looked at him and loved him and just felt open to [getting pregnant]. I suddenly wanted to. It's one of those things you can't explain."
The W article, which features Angelina breastfeeding one of the couple's newborn twins on the cover, also finds the actress talking about how she came to settle down with Brad.
"I do think that I'm in a good partnership now... I think it just needed to be the right man," she said. "It's not just that I love being in Brad's company, which obviously I do, but it's that we both roll up our sleeves and take on what we care about in the same way.

"I have a lot of respect for him, and he helps me to be better and fight hard for things that I love," she added.
The actress, who this month stars in Clint Eastwood's "Changeling," said one reason the couple is regularly seen across the world with their brood, which now consists of six children and two dogs, is because they enjoy being together.
"We have such a big family, such a close family that we like being with each other a lot," she said.

DEBORAH SI really am very interested in this couple, because they look so connected and totally in love in all their photos. Theyhave such a huge family and still wants to build on that, that is absolute commitment. MS MI do believe they fell in love with each others personality, dreams, goals, future. they found a soulmate in each other. It is rare and difficult to find your soulmate especially in these cynical times. I for one love to see this 2 beautiful people in love. They did not have SEX on the set.
