Andy Dick won't face a sexual battery charge from
his arrest last month, Riverside County
District Attorney spokesman Ryan Hightower told the Associate Press
Monday.
The former star of
NewsRadio, 42, still faces misdemeanor
drug possession and battery charges, though no felony charges.
Dick who is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday was arrested
at Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, CA, about 80 miles east of
L.A.
A 17-year-old girl told police Dick, 42, "grabbed her tank top and
bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," police told the
AP.
Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found Dick's pants pockets; he
also appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said.
He was released after posting $5,000 bail.

The incident wasn't Dick's first brush with inappropriate
behavior.
Last year, he was cited in Columbus, Ohio for urinating in public.
He was also ejected from
Jimmy Kimmel Live last year after
he refused to stop fondling
Ivanka Trump.
In 1999, Dick was busted for cocaine and marijuana possession after
driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood.
