  Doctors dont need training, its just people who make wrong choices they should think. Not docs dont blame it all on the doctor just because Heath wasnt thinking and because he was a celebrity.

  Prescription drugs are generally available to the middle-upper middle class and the rich. Prescription drug abuse is worse that street drug abuse. Higher income people hide their use and abuse much more. And they intend to end up doing street drugs more than lower income people without being harrassed as much or not as all.
