  If he's so worried he can: 1. talk in person with Lindsay, 2. talk by phone with Lindsay, 3. e-mail her, 4. text her, 5. leave a phone message, 6. send her a mailed letter. Why use the media? I believe Lindsay is in a better track now than before Sam. :)
