In a statement, Carter's manager Johnny Wright tells Entertainment Tonight: "It is unfortunate that while Aaron was a minor, his finances were grossly mismanaged by his previous team which has lead to the current situation of which he was unaware of until today. Aaron is working with a new team to take appropriate actions towards speedy resolution of the matter and looks forward to putting this behind him and moving forward with the next stage of his music career."

He may of been young about 15 or so in 2003 but STILL!!! If you're raking in millions, whether 15, 16 or even an adult, I'd want to know where my money's going! Agreed! If, in 2003, his "management and financial team" mis-spent a 15 year old's money, they should be made to account for it. Wonder what Aaron has to say about it, though? Will he point the finger of blame FIRST, or will he settle accounts and THEN sue the bums who did him wrong?

Maybe if the IRS would make these %@!*# so-called celebrities pay their taxes like the rest of the world, the US wouldn't be in debt. They to stop blaming everybody for their own stupidity, but then that's why they are called celebrities, THEIR ALL FUC8ING STUPID.

I actually feel bad for Aaron. He is young and probably trusted the wrong people. Nicholas Cage, not so much. He is an adult and obviously was reckless in his spending.
