If Santa Claus had to make a Naughty List for celebrities, he'd certainly have plenty of names to choose from. Celebrities are no different than the rest of us, and some just can't seem to stay out of trouble. While some A-list stars seem to seek the negative attention, others continue to fall out of favor in the court of public opinion. Unfortunately, for these three celebrities -- they might find themselves on St. Nick's Naughty List for 2012.
Lindsay Lohan - Just when things seemed to be heading in the right direction for the ginger-haired beauty, she hit a double-whammy: She was arrested in New York City on assault charges, and the very same day she was charged in Los Angeles with reckless driving and lying to police about a car accident this past June. If Santa still feels like giving Lindsay something this year, perhaps a six month vacation out of the spotlight for some much-needed soul searching would be a good present.
Amanda Bynes - Things really took a downhill turn this year for the former Nickelodeon kid star. Bynes became the latest young celeb to get busted for a DUI back in April. As if a DUI arrest wasn't enough trouble, Bynes was then charged with two counts of hit-and-run stemming from two separate accidents, one in April and one in August. She had her license suspended as a result of the accidents, though it should be noted that the actress has plead not guilty to both counts. The trial has been on hold, but is set to resume on December 17.
Chris Brown - Chris Brown can't seem to go more than a couple months at a time without winding up in the headlines. The rapper has been involved in a nightclub fight with Drake, a cell phone incident with a fan trying to take his picture, and a nasty Twitter battle with comedienne Jenny Johnson, all within a matter of 12 months. After unleashing a vulgar tirade of tweetson Johnson, Brown quickly closed his Twitter account. However, Breezy didn't stay quiet long -- the rapper is back on the social media site and posting plenty of pics about his rekindled romance with his controversial ex, Rihanna. It looks like Brown has earned his spot on the naughty list.
