Mystery Girl Who Bewitched 'Harry Potter' Star Found?
By Access HollywoodApril 21, 2008, 11:43 am PDTSYDNEY, Australia -- Daniel Radcliffe may play the world's most powerful wizard on the big screen, but his love life in the real world is more Muggle than magical.
Daniel told Australia's The Daily Telegraph he met a young girl at last year's AFI awards who cast quite a spell on the actor.

"There was one girl there, oh my God, she had these eyes that just looked at me like she wanted to pounce on me," Radcliffe told the paper. "She stared at me the whole night and I was going to get her number and then I couldn't find her."
Daniel searched high and low for the bewitching Aussie, only to come up empty handed.

"I must have walked around that party for an hour trying to look for this girl, like some sad pathetic dweeb but it would have been so worth it," he added.
Hoping to help Daniel find his Aussie Cinderella, the Telegraph organized a search asking any young lady who met the actor that fateful night to contact them. Multiple possible candidates have come forward, but a 20-year-old Sydney insurance worker appears to be the best fit for Harry's glass slipper.

Cassi McKay told the paper she had a "two-minute chat" with Daniel at the AFI awards party.
"We said hello and had a quick chat and for the rest of the night, just because I was fascinated, we were sort of smiling and making eye contact," Cassi said. "I couldn't believe when he said he was looking for the girl."

But the fairytale ending Daniel was hoping for looks grim, as Cassi has had a boyfriend for over two years.
She told the paper even though she is committed in current relationship, she's open to seeing Daniel again as friends.

"I've told my boyfriend about him and I'd be keen to meet up," Cassi added.
Daniel might have the opportunity to work his magic on Cassi, as she is scheduled to travel to his native London next week.
If only memory charms and disappearing boyfriend spells worked in the Muggle world.
