Michael & Dina Lohan Engage In War Of Words Over Mom Award

NEW YORK, NY -- On Wednesday, Mingling Moms admitted honoring Dina Lohan as a "Top Mom" brought them a wave of criticism, but it appears it is her ex-husband who shouted the loudest.

Michael Lohan branded the organization "a joke," in the New York Post's Page Six, for bestowing the honor upon Dina.

"Are you kidding," he said. "Top celebrity mom? Look at her off-screen antics, her lack of morals and how she conducts herself. I guess they forgot to mention how this top super-mom leaves her kids alone at night and even parties in their presence. Just wait until we go back to court."

Michael claimed his ex misses therapy meetings and has a penchant for partying.

"She comes stumbling out of Butter at 3:15 AM with bloodshot eyes and a red runny nose, yelling 'Oh, [bleep],' when she saw the paparazzi," Michael said.

Not to let his comments slide, Dina quickly lashed out, calling her ex "a loose cannon."

"We speak to a therapist once a week and I'm not required to be there," she said. "My kids want me there, so I go. Obviously with our [TV] show and the event, [daughter] Ali and I reschedule."

Dina said she hasn't gotten in the way of Michael seeing his children and was stunned by his rant.

"I've allowed him visitation once a week, so I don't understand why he's doing this," she said. "He's jealous that I got the award. He even called the organizers and tried to talk them out of giving it to me."

The Lohan matriarch said she is fearful over Michael's latest moves.

"He's using the media to talk to me," Dina said. "I'm getting nervous. Lindsay came to town two weeks ago and wanted security guys there in case he showed up. His parole officer needs to see what he's doing and realize that he cannot address me directly or indirectly. He wears a tracking device and they'll know if he comes anywhere near me. He's on a mission to destroy me."

But in a new interview with "The Billy Bush Show," Michael hit back at Dina's claims.

"Everything out of her mouth is a lie," he said. "The thing about my ankle bracelet? Everything is a lie. It's in writing."

Michael counterclaims that Dina will not let him see his children presently.

"Now she's doing with Ali and my kids, what she did with Lindsay, but especially Ali. Ever since [the started filming the reality show], Ali didn't take my calls," Michael said. "I called her in Vegas a number of times, she didn't put up the phone, she changed Ali's cell phone."
