Katie Holmes On Tom's Heroism & Suri's Magic Moment

Hollywood's prom king and queen shined at the premiere of "Mad Money," Katie's first film in two years.

Katie looked stunning in silver strapless Armani and a new, short sleek bob.
"Katie, do you put as much effort into your hair as people put into talking about it?" Billy Bush asked the star.
"You know it's a very easy cut and I love it," she laughed.
Since it was Katie's night, Tom graciously stepped out of the spotlight as the photographers clamored for Katie's attention.
A fan favorite, Tom jumped the barricade to sign some autographs and greet some fans and while he was away, Billy asked Katie about his recent heroism – helping a stranded neighbor after her car went off the road.
"If he sees somebody on the side of the road he'll stop. He never goes past somebody," she said.

The shapely mom of Suri recently completed the New York Marathon and Billy asked her about the rumors that Boston's marathon is next on her list.
"I just heard about it myself so you know, I don't know," she said. "I had a great time doing the New York Marathon. It was an amazing experience."
Katie's not the only one getting in shape – co-star Queen Latifah, gorgeous in a black lace Pamella Roland, is about to start the Jenny Craig program on Monday.
"I'm just gonna lose five to seven percent of my body weight and cut my chances of diabetes in half and set a healthy example for the beautiful full-figured woman," she said.
The co-stars – Katie, Queen Latifah and Diane Keaton — shared a hug on the red carpet and they told Access being on set was a real family affair thanks to visits from Tom and Suri.
"She was pointing at the monitor saying,'Mama.' [Those are] moments that you dream of and then it happens and I think, 'Oh my god!'" Katie said.
"What is the latest that she is doing? Is she fully conversational or close?" Billy asked.
"She's talking a lot and she's running around and she's just magical. We're having so much fun," Katie said.
"Any more do you think?" Billy asked of any further additions to the Cruise household.
"I'd love to but I really want to enjoy Suri and enjoy this time. It's really special," she said.
