
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Emmy-nominated actress Chandra Wilson has weighed in on the Katherine Heigl "Grey's Anatomy" controversy.
In a new interview with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, airing on "The Billy Bush Show" on Monday night, Wilson admitted she was surprised by the attention her "Grey's" co-star received after she withdrew her name from Emmy contention earlier this summer.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes said she was surprised by Katherine Heigl's comments, after the actress removed her name from Emmy contention earlier this summer.
"When I was told [what she said], I found it surprising," Rhimes told reporters during an ABC Television Critics Association panel in Los Angeles on Thursday.
