LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. Kardashian have hit back legally at accusations they improperly used a credit card, registered to Sonja Norwood, in a new legal filing.
Earlier this year, Sonja Norwood, the mother of R&B star Brandy, sued the Kardashians claiming they used her credit card for thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized purchases.

Norwood claimed in her lawsuit, that Kim Kardashian, who previously served as a stylist for Brandy, was given authorization to use Norwood's American Express credit card one time in 2004.
She further alleged in the suit that Kim continued using the card beyond the single purchase and shared the credit card details with her family - including sister Khloe, who is described in the legal papers as a former personal assistant of Brandy's - as well as sister Kourtney Kardashian and brother Robert Kardashian Jr.

In the new filing on behalf of the Kardashians, obtained by Access Hollywood, the family denies all of the claims made in Norwood's suit.
They claim that any loss or damage suffered was Norwood's own fault. They also claim Norwood's lawsuit is "malicious" and "frivolous."
