LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears Shops For Jamie Lynn's 17th Birthday

Jamie Lynn Spears turned 17 on Friday, and her family was hitting the hippest Hollywood designers to stock up on gifts for the young mom-to-be.

Britney and mom Lynne Spears hit up the Ed Hardy offices in Hollywood on Thursday, buying gifts for the birthday girl, People reports.

A rep for Ed Hardy told the mag that Britney was "in good spirits," when she visited with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier.

"Christian and she were laughing as she tried on Ed Hardy sunglasses and checked out the bathing suits," said the Ed Hardy rep.

Britney reportedly picked up multiple Christian Audigier handbags, various scarves, and a few Crystal Rock T-shirts. While shopping, Britney rocked a pink Ed Hardy shirt.
