The actor is rumored to be planning an organic restaurant with an Italian flair, according to Britain's Big Hospitality.

The "Rendition" star, who is reportedly a "closet chef," plans to travel throughout Italy to draw inspiration for his upcoming restaurant.

Jake is reportedly seeking advice from chef Mario Batali for his upcoming culinary endeavor. Jake has appeared on Mario's cooking show, "Molto Mario," multiple times and Mario is reportedly a close friend of the Gyllenhaal family.
