I have three kids (6, 3, and 5 months). I weighed 140 before each and I am at 140 now. I make everything I do a workout, when I am pregnant and when I am not. Eating healthy is fine too but it all boils down to being stress free. Cleanse your mind, think positive and everything else follows. Focus on your target spots but do not over exert yourself (like, wait a while to do sit ups)

it is a lot tougher to lose the weight after the second one, especially for those of us who don't have nannies to watch the little darlings while we work out.

If you make an effort to lose the weight, you will. doesn't ,matter how many kids you have. Eat right and exercise ladies!

I am 45 and I have 5 kids from 8-24. I started off at 105 and ended up at 180. I lost the weight with each until the last 2 came along.I have maintained a weight of 150 lbs., I thought.That's until I started with a personal trainer 7 weeks ago and found that I really weighed 169. Bummer. Happily through a lot of sweat and pain I have lost 15 lbs. My goal is to lose another 29 - my goal is

how did you do it helen g? i am stuck at 125, it's been 5 months and it seems like i'm not losing any weight! wanna lose at least 15 lbs!! esp. my belly, it's so hard to lose the fat!!!!!! i do exercise though and eat in moderation....*sigh*

when i got pregnant i started off weighing 110 lbs... at the end of my term i was at 128 lbs ... i bounced back immediately at 110 again
